At Henry Rubens, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand that sometimes a purchase might not be the perfect fit. We’re here to make the return process smooth, clear, and fair.

Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Return
1. Download and complete this Retourformulier (Nederlands) or Return Form (English) to begin the process. 
2. Arrange and pay for return shipping using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.

Conditions for Returns
To ensure the integrity of our products:

✔ Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
✔ All tags must be attached.

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or refunded once the packaging has been opened or the item has been tried on or worn.

Unsuitable Returns
If an item is returned and in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to charge a €10 handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

What to Expect

• We currently do not offer exchanges due to logistical limitations.

• Once we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect it. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. However, we aim to complete this as quickly as possible.
