Delivery Times

Netherlands: typically within 1 working day.
Belgium: 1-3 working days. 
Rest of Europe: 3-7 working days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available for The Netherlands (limited time only!). Normally for orders
below €50 shipping costs are €4.95.

Belgium: €5.95 (free shipping above €60)
France & Germany: €9.95 (free shipping above €100)
Rest of Europe: €9.95

Delayed Packages
While we aim for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances at the carrier. If your package is delayed, we kindly ask for your patience as we work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost after the carrier’s investigation, we will promptly issue a replacement or a refund—your satisfaction is our priority.
